    Beautiful clean casita. Separate entry. Quiet area overlooking 8 acres. Fire pit just out the back door over looking the valley, and plenty of room to roam along the property. Five minutes to lake McPhee. 5 min to Dolores, 10minutes to Cortez and the National Forest. I have a fenced in area great for pups and horses so let me know what you need Also have a side by side and camper for extra stay and fun message for details. Hunters welcome with a discount!

    Outside if Cortez, but great
    This is a property next to a home, but it’s away from the home. I personally liked the physical location. The apartment-it’s like an apartment attached to a garage-was outside of Cortez and looked out into a ravine. The hostess was very helpful and responsive. A great experience overall.

    Short stay on the way to Utah
    They place was perfect for what we needed. Everything was amazing. For longer than a couple days with our group may have been too much, but me and the wife it would have been perfect for a week. Communication with the host was excellent. Definitely would stay again.

    Perfection! Hubby and I stayed here with our 3 kiddos and it couldn’t possibly have been more perfect. Evening S’mores out by the fire pit, overlooking the mountains, stargazing with no light pollution, and everyone had their own bed (littlest in a pack n play). 6 out of 5 stars

    This casita was great for my wife and I, serving as a base for our week there over the 4th. Sarah was very responsive to our texts and needs. Note, there is a small fridge, microwave, toaster oven and electric skillet, which worked fine for us, but no kitchen sink.

    cute little place in the country
    I was in town for a funeral. This place is quiet and safe. Super easy check-in process and the hosts are very accommodating. Perfect for couples but I drew the short straw and the fold down bed could use a new pad.

    We were pleased with our stay here. The accommodations were clean and we were grateful for the microwave and electric frying pan provided. Sometimes the dogs would come say hello as we were getting into or out if our car. They were very friendly with our dog. We had a great stay!

    Trip to colorado
    My family and I took a trip to Cortez. Stayed 2 nights. Place was clean, had a place for all 4 of us to sleep and the shower was warm and had pressure. We did not have to cook while there which the area is not set up for much cooking. Sarah was quick to respond and answered all my questions. Cute place to stay.
