Allerdings empfanden wir den Preis von 160 pro Nacht im Vergleich zu anderen Unterkünften in der Region als hoch, insbesondere angesichts des Zustands und der Ausstattung. Dass man diesen Preis in der Hochsaison verlangen kann wundert uns allerdings nicht.Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur war vor der Anreise freundlich und professionell, vor Ort jedoch leider weniger hilfreich. Unsere Rückmeldungen zu Mängeln wurden nur knapp beantwortet, eine Lösung oder ein Entgegenkommen (außer dass ein Satz frische Wäsche gebracht werden könnte) wurde nicht angeboten.Im Haus selbst fielen uns einige Punkte auf: Zwei Terrassentüren waren nicht nutzbar – eine ohne Griff, die andere nicht abschließbar, weil auch hier der Türgriff defekt ist. Im Esszimmer hing eine Lampe ohne Leuchtmittel, das Kabel war herausgezogen und sollte laut Agentur so bleiben. Frische und saubere Handtücher fehlten und ein Bett war garnicht vorbereitet, einzelne Handtücher wirkten nicht sauber.
