In the hamlet Ramelli with 2 houses 3 km from the centre of Dolcedo, in a quiet, sunny position on top of a hill, 15 km from the sea. Private: natural state property 1'000 m2, small, well-kept garden (fenced) with flowers and trees, parking (for 2 cars). Supermarket 15 km, restaurant 5 km, bakery 5 km, bus stop 20 m, railway station 20 km. Please note: car recommended.  
5-room house 180 m2 on 2 levels. Bright, cosy furnishings: 1 room with 1 double bed (1 x 160 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 1 double bed (1 x 160 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 1 bed (80 cm, length 190 cm). Large kitchen-/living room (oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining table, Scandinavian wood stove. 2 showers/WC. Heating available only from 01.11\. to 30.04\. Upper floor: living/sleeping room with 2 double sofabeds (2 x 140 cm, length 200 cm), shower/WC. Comfortable furnishings in the country house style.
