The surrounding ca. 6,000 m2 grounds are laid out in terraces and completely fenced in. The property is planted with cultivated olive trees, fruit trees and offers various areas to relax. A number of well looked after country houses are dotted around the neighborhood. The House Casa Verde is a cozy and tastefully decorated typical Ligurian cottage. The house offers Wi-Fi (Inside and outside area), central heating and all windows are insulated and fitted with shutters and insect protective blinds. The holiday home consists of 2 floors ( total surface of 65m2): On the top floor is the hall with storage space, a small living room with open fireplace /flat screen TV and sofa bed, 1 bedroom (bunker beds) and a bathroom. On the ground floor there is a hall, 1 bedroom with beautiful vaulted ceiling (160x200cm bed), 1 toilet and a well equipped kitchen diner. 4 pit gas, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine. Please note that Casa Verde is a traditional rustic country house. There is a high staircase in the house, but you can also reach the first floor via a wide staircase outside the house. Outdoor: On our outside spacious terrace is a large covered veranda/porch of about 24m2\. This offers shade and a place to relax on 2 spacious lounge beds while enjoying the stunning mountains views. Here you will also find a fully equipped outdoor kitchen with a cooking island, wood-burning pizza oven, refrigerator and a BBQ. There are 3 more terraces with beautiful views: breakfast terrace, shade terrace, pool terrace. Here is also our above ground swimming pool of approx. 5.50x275x132H with an outdoor shower ( operational only from mid May until end September) Bed linen and/or towels are included. The final cleaning costs amount to € 150 per stay and must be paid in cash on site. During your stay we can provide local tips and point of interests. We speak english, italian, german and dutch. Dolceacqua offers an intact infra structure with a selection of restaurants, shopping facilities, tennis and padel courts and can be easily accessed along a well-constructed mountain road in some 10 minutes. The coastal resorts of Bordighera and Ventimiglia are only a few minutes away and the Côte d’Azur with Menton, Monte Carlo and the international airport in Nice, is less than one hour’s drive away. Das Haus war sehr sauber, sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Im Außenbereich haben uns die vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten besonders begeistert. Man konnte immer einen Platz im Schatten finden. Die Außenküche mit Pizzaofen und 2 Grills war einfach mega! Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern vor und während des Urlaubs war super und außergewöhnlich hilfsbereit. Dolceacqa und auch die umliegenden Dörfer waren wunderschön, mit leckeren Eisläden und Restaurants. Die Lage garantiert absolute Privatsphäre, der kleine Pool sorgt für Abkühlung. Das ganze Haus ist mit sehr viel Liebe eingerichtet, es ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen unbeschwerten Urlaub braucht.Auch wenn wir die Vermieter nicht angetroffen haben, haben wir sehr gut über whats app kommuniziert. Claudia hat immer sofort geantwortet. Wen es nicht stört, 15 Minuten bis zum nächsten Ort zu fahren, ist hier genau richtig. Sollten wir noch mal in die Region kommen, würden wir hier auf jeden Fall wieder Urlaub machen. ##### Wolfgang H. Wir hatten mit 5 Personen plus Hund ein unvergleichlich schönen Urlaub. Die Aussicht ist unglaublich und man ist jeden Tag auf's Neue fasziniert. Unsere Gastgeber waren super freundlich und jederzeit erreichbar. Hier merkt man, wie viel Arbeit und Liebe in alles gesteckt wurde... vom eigentlichen Haus, in dem mehr als alles Nötige vorhanden ist, bis hin zum Grundstück mit Pool und den vielen Pflanzen, der Außenküche, den vielen Verweilmöglichkeiten bis hin zum Olivenhain... einfach wunderbar und nur zu empfehlen. Davon ab ist Dolceacqua ein wunderschöner Ort, das Meer und alles andere in Ligurien sowieso! Wir kommen gerne gerne wieder... eine absolute Empfehlung unsererseits. Man hat eine sehr schöne Aussicht und kann wundervoll abschalten. Die Lage bringt es aber mit sich, dass die Fahrt vom Ort bis zum Haus recht lang ist und über teils enge Straßen führt. Im Haus hat man wirklich alles, was man so braucht, vom Toaster über genügend Töpfe, bis hin zur Wäschespinne und einem Hundenapf. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern hat super funktioniert. Und wurde immer sofort geholfen und mit Rat und Tat zur Seite gestanden. Alles in allem ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt! ##### Cornelia R. Wir wurden sehr herzlich von Claudia & Alberto empfangen, nachdem wir durch den Ort Dolceacqua und noch weitere ca. 6 km über Serpentinen Casa Verde erreichten. In einem Olivenhain eingebettet hat man von hier oben einen wunderbaren Blick ins Tal und auf das Castel di Doria. 20 Minuten zum Supermarkt, 40 Min. zum Meer und 45 Min. nach Bordighera oder Frankreich (Menton). Besser geht nicht! Rundum ein erholsamer Urlaub in einem Haus, in dem alles da ist um zu relaxen, zu kochen, zu grillen oder eine Pizza im eigenen Stein-Ofen zu backen!
