Arrived to the hotel poor front desk agent was very helpful and got me a room while trying to communicate with expedia. The room had the AC off and I was told at check out "sorry the manager does not want to activate"" im sorry what? This hotel should NEVER be listed as options for Bratislava as it is in a completely different city! Full price for an uncomfortable night with no sleep due to no AC??

The hotel charged me for the room even though I had paid on Expedia. When I contacted them for a refund, they asked for my bank info and said that would be the fastest. I did so but have not received the money. That was a week ago and they are not answering my calls or emails. Very sad, as it was a nice stay.

It was really warm, and the cooling in the rooms was not controllable. It just shut off and on whenever it was programmed to, I assume. This small hotel had limited services, dated furniture, uncomfortable beds and a very meager breakfast. It leaves a lot to be desired. Perhaps for a business traveler it might suffice, but not for tourists
