It was good time. Staff were friendly and assisted where needed. Only downside was there was a very bad pungent smell in the toilet. I don’t know if it was caused by roommate who stayed there long term

Upon arrival, the staff doing the check-in could not find my reservation, took a while, my room key kept disconnecting frequently and the folks by the front desk that could help with this were gone for lengthy periods of time, this was quite annoying. The pool and gym was closed and this was during daytime hours, the notice on the door only stated the operating hours.
