"Our stay at the hotel was quite pleasant, despite its size the staff were friendly and polite, which may be a reflection of great customer service training. The rooms were generally clean and tidy and any issues were dealt with promptly. In room facilities were good and if any extras were needed the staff were only willing to help. Eg. They did not have an iron available when I needed one, they offered the alternative of ironing my clothes for me. The hotel has a number of restaurants and...

"Conveniently located on the West side of he city, 1 block from the Windy beach, with a few grocery stores in absolute vicinity, rent a car available at the front desk and rent a scooter across the hotel entrance. "Fantastic hotel. All staff from porters, reception, bar staff, house cleaning, facilities were incredibly friendly. Private pool cleaned daily and was spotless. Mini fridge stocked daily including extras of the stuff we were using. Great facilities, good edible food at all meal times across all restaurants. Top shelf spirits from friendly bar staff. We will be back in a few weeks for another break."
