Best hotel on the east side of the park - staff is amazing. Jams restaurant is delicious and single traveler friendly. I love the sustainability philosophy throughout the hotel — they will even recycle any clothing you would like to leave behind. This was my 3rd stay - I’ll be back!

Aunque no sabìamos que se paga una fee que cubre tanto el desayuno como las tapas y bebidas en la tarde, los mismos fueron muy buenos con excelentes empleados. Especialmente Sonia en las tardes.
En cuando a otro empleado que hizo de nuestra estadìa una especial, fue Nicolás en recepción. Siempre con una sonrisa y dispuesto a ayudar con nuestras preguntas.
El hotel está muy bien ubicado con una estación de subway justo al lado

"The room was dated and had damage and mold. The elevator situation was miserable. We had to wait a lot, have traveled a lot and stayed in a variety of places and this was the only hotel Iv seen do elevators this way. Needs updating"

"Great location though it was loud at night because of the crowd outside at MSG. Property is a little worn but fine for a short stay. Subway lines and Penn Station are across the street, so it’s so easy to get places. The attached Tick Tock Diner had really good breakfasts."
