The property with the main house (2 apartments) and the annex captivates with its secluded location right by the forest and a private sandy path to Dobbertiner See, which you can reach on foot in a few minutes. A wellness room with infrared cabin and toilet is available in the building. The shower forms the transition into a light-flooded living room. This has a kitchenette, a breakfast bar table with high chairs, a cozy seating area and the terrace exit at ground level. A white wooden staircase leads to the upper sleeping level with a large double bed and another seating area. From the rocking chair in front of the Danish gable window you have a good overview of the property and the surrounding area with a large number of domestic birds. Your holiday home was predominantly built with ecological materials and conveys a cozy atmosphere with its clay plaster walls. The infrared sauna offers you wellness in-house. You can rent a canoe or bicycles for a small fee. The Dobbertiner See invites you to swim or canoe. There are also attractive hiking trails around the lake or past Dobbin over the fields to Dobbertin. Mapped bike paths or bridle paths complement your vacation options. Hier ist die Natur noch in Ordnung! Viele Vögel, Insekten und das Haus bleibt kühl unter den Bäumen. Man kann sofort loswandern oder sehr schön im Dobbertiner See baden. Einfach wunderbar erholsam. Das Spülbecken ist direkt unter dem Oberschrank (hängt zu tief), so dass man nur gebückt/verdrehter Haltung abwaschen kann. Aus unerfindlichen Gründen gibt es eine Spülmaschine, aber leider nicht genügend Geschirr! Am allerschlimsten ist die Durchgangsdusche und das damit verbundene viel zu kleine Waschbecken. Händewaschen oder Zähneputzen ist eine Katastrophe, da die Dusche dann immer nass ist. Man muss sie aber trocken wischen, um unfallfrei auf die Toilette zu kommen. Durch die Luftverdrängung beim Duschen, läuft das Wasser am Duschvorhang herunter, ins Wohnzimmer. Der angebliche Wellnesraum, ist so zugestellt, dass man tatsächlich nur die Infrarotkabine benutzen kann! Die WLAN-Verbindung ist super. Umgebung ein Traum. ##### Birgit F. De douche is ook tevens de gang naar het achterste gedeelte met toilet en sauna. Dit huisje is niet geschikt/comfortabel voor lange mensen(>1.75) De toiletdeur is laag en ook op de trap naar boven moet je bukken. Op de zolder kan je wegens het schuine dak alleen in het midden rechtop staan. In het smalle bed(1,40)kan je alleen gebukt komen of via het voeteneind erop kruipen. Es ist einmal Urlaub ganz anders. Klein aber fein. Der See ist nicht weit entfernt und auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Sehenswürdigkeiten gibt es in näherer und weiterer Entfernung. Hier kommen Naturliebhaber voll auf ihre Kosten. Mit dem Rad, zu Fuß oder auch dem Auto ist man schnell auch in touristischen Hotspots. Empfehlenswert sei hier das Kloster Dobbertin, Güstrow oder Sternberg erwähnt. Es liegt am Waldrand und ist bei Hitze in der unteren Etage angenehm kühl. Es ist alles da, was man braucht uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Was fanden wir gut:sehr gutes WLAN, ökologische Renovierung, schöne Details in der Einrichtung, Parkplatz am Haus, Garten mit Rosen, viele Vögel Womit konnten wir uns arrangieren: 2 sehr kleine Waschbecken(den Gegebenheiten angepasst), Bett 1,40m breit, viele Mücken die stechen, aber danach kaum Juckreiz. Wir genossen zu zweit einen erholsamen Urlaub und unternahmen herrliche Ausflüge. Besonders zu empfehlen ist das Dobbertiner Kloster, ...was für ein Kraftort, vor allem in den Abendstunden!!! ##### Gabriela G. Das Häuschen war super ausgestattet und mit Bedacht sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Mir fehlte es an nichts. Auch die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Ein Teil der unterer Etage ist ausschließlich der Elektrosauna und einem großen Aufbewahrungsbehältnis unbestimmten Zweckes vorbehalten, dafür sind die Küche und der Wohnraum sehr beengt, z.T. auch durch unnötig viele Möbelstücke. Herrlich ist allerdings die Lage am Waldrand und am See, die uns Vogelliebhaberinnen für alles entschädigt haben. ##### Beatrix K. Das Häuschen am See ist klein aber fein, und für einen Sommerurlaub zu zweit bestens geeignet. Die Ein-Personen-Küche und die Durchgangsdusche waren in den ersten Tagen gewöhnungsbedürftig, doch die Sommerabende auf der Terrasse und die Sonnentage am See waren einfach herrlich - Natur pur. Und nach dem Erklimmen der steilen Treppe haben wir in der gemütlichen Dachkammer wunderbar geschlafen. Ein idealer Ort für Individualisten und Naturliebhaber! ##### Elmar W.
