"Great location and a lovely garden/patio area. The staff were very helpful and gave us wonderful recommendations for restaurants and a nearby bakery. The room was a good size and had a small kitchenette, which was convenient if we wanted to eat in the room. The bathroom, however, was very small, and the carpet had some noticeable stains. Overall, a pleasant stay with a great location and especially helpful staff."

"Breakfast bar was well laid out and plenty of choices were available however a lot of the items had no labels on them so we had no idea as to what they were. Room was clean however when items were used they were not replaced e.g. paper glasses in the bathroom were not replaced so after first day we had no glasses for rinsing mouth after cleaning teeth etc.. Air conditioning was managed by us and it worked great."

"Hotel cerca de la estación metro Nation. A minutos de bares y restaurantes. Al principio me desilusionè por la ubicación porque al salir no vi nada cerca. Luego Charlotte me explicò con paciencia y así pude entender dónde estaba y cómo moverme."

"Room was small but clean and met the basics. No wash cloths were provided in the bathroom. The advertisement for this hotel states hotel shuttle. This was one of the reasons I booked a room here so I wouldn’t have to order a taxi or uber the next day. The hotel staff said they had No hotel shuttle. We had to go outside and walk down the street where there some restaurants to find one."
