The address was wrong, the photo was misleading, and it took hours to find the place. Once inside, I was shocked — one bedroom had no door, the bathroom smelled bad, and the “jacuzzi” was a joke! vinyl flooring (inside the “jacuzzi”). There were no basic essentials — no cups, plates, or utensils — and we had to call the host at 10:30 PM just to get cups. The worst part: after showering, a horrific sewage smell came up from the drain and overwhelmed the entire apartment. I messaged the host at 8 AM, and she said no plumber would be available that day but offered to move us to a studio — not acceptable for two people. I asked to cancel, and we left by 11:30 AM the next morning. The host refused a refund even though we stayed less than 12 hours and the place was clearly unlivable. Do not rent this unit — it’s not in rentable condition and was a horrible experience. The worst hosts and place I have ever experienced!!
