All rooms are a good size and comfortable. Our only problem was the kitchen and this is on us for not reading the listing fully. It is a beautiful view from the patio or hot tub. Lots of patio furniture gave space for everyone. Both bedrooms are very large. We absolutely loved that it was tucked away in a green space, while very accessible to anything that you want to do while visiting Vancouver. The location of this property was a quick and easy drive to Capilano Bridge, Stanley Park, Canada Place and the highway leading to Whistler. Inside the house, we made use of the mini fridge for beverages or leftovers from eating out. After a long and busy day of sightseeing, we enjoyed relaxing in the backyard. The sound of the creek behind the beautiful garden was very peaceful. Even though we didn't plan to do laundry on our vacation, the washer and dryer came in handy after our dip in the hot tub and a full day of hiking. The host was very responsive and friendly if we had any questions throughout our stay. My family would absolutely come back to stay at this house for our next visit to Vancouver. You walk out the door and there are those giant trees right above you, and the sound of rushing water drowns everything..., no photo can do it justice, it has to be seen. The feeling is you are in a cabin in the woods, not in a city. Beats any seaside view. The place is spacious, you do not see the hosts, but they are very responsive - they lowered the temperature when we asked (the controls are above), there was bear spray on the counter when we arrived. P.S.
