"When I landed I received a text, saying due to issues at the hotel. They couldn't book me and they have an alternate location. The new place was outdated, there was issues with the shower, and sink. The water wouldn't go down until an hour later. That's not what I paid for. When I made a search the place was way cheaper than what I book. Do not book. Fraud"

"The actual Oceanami resort is a completely difference experience than what's portrayed on Orbitz and the resort's website. During our December 2017 stay, about half of the property was under construction, including villas, beach club (which is part of the property name), 3 of 5 restaurants, spa, and areas next to the pool (the swim-up bar).
