An 102m2 cosy holiday residence with stunning view, easy access and private parking that can accommodate 9 guests!  
It consists of 2 levels with 2 separate entrances, one straight from the indoor Garage area and the other from the apartment's external staircase.  
  
GROUND FLOOR (entrance) comprises of 2 twin-rooms, Living room with fireplace, Veranda boasting a stunning panoramic view, Dinning area and fully equipped Kitchen.  
  
TOP FLOOR comprises of 1 twin-room and 1 double-bed room.  
  
All rooms have their own en-suite bathroom with bathtub/shower!  
  
Guests have full access to the house amenities.  
These include heating, fireplace, wood logs, ground-floor Mitsubishi Heavy Air Conditioning split-type unit, linen, towels, hair dryers, fully-equipped kitchen, electric hoover, satellite-ready Samsung 27" curved LED full HD TV, ROKU Streaming Stick offering Netflix, etc., Sony HiFi music Stereo system and VDSL WIFI (30Mbps) with TP-Link Network Extender covering the whole apartment.

Arachova is a trendy, all-year round tourist destination due to its unique location in the mountains, its traditions and its proximity to Delphi and Galaxidi, 2 must-visit hot spots!  
Within close proximity, modern ski facilities are a magnet for visitors during the winter season!!  
Hiking, mountain-biking and horseback riding are also offered all year round in the area.  
Arachova has a panoramic view, uphill small houses and the cobbled streets show a picturesque architecture. The town center includes a huge and steep cliff, the Bell Tower, covered with dense ivy. At the top of the tower is a large 10m height clock.  
Arachova is famous for its black wine, its "brusque", the colorful textiles, carpets and rugs, handicrafts as well as woodcut creations.

Visitors can travel to Arachova by car or bus.  
To go to Arachova by car, you take the National Highway from Athens to Lamia and a little after the junction of Thebes you follow the signs to Levadia. After Levadia, you continue to Arachova/ Delphi. The "Holidea" Residence Complex lies on the left hand side of the main street, a few meters after entering the village. The entire trip from Athens to Arachova is about 2 hours.  
Buses to Arachova depart from Liossion KTEL Station in Athens. If you take the bus to Delphi or Amfissa, you pass from Arachova so you will get off the bus there. The bus trip from Athens to Arachova is 2 1/2 hours.  
  
The nearest Airport is the Nea Anchialos one, 83 km distance NE from the village.  
  
Anyhow, the car option is highly preferable for maximum travel flexibility!! Moreover, there's ample car-parking availability (3 spaces) free of charge inside the Residence Complex Garage.

#### A delightful Getaway!

We are a family of 4 and stayed at the property during our summer holidays. The house is is fully equipped with all kitchen tools and equipment. Bedrooms are neat and bathrooms very clean. Our host Konstantinos went above and beyond helping us check in very early in the morning. His restaurant recommendations were spot on! The house is in a lovely village that has great shopping and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay and would love to return. This house will not disappoint.

#### Absolutely delightful

Loved this place, and the people! For anyone visiting Delphi--which is crowded and touristy--the chance to stay 10 minutes away in the lovely mountain village of Arachova is a gift. The apartment has an incredible view, is totally equipped (including a broad range of teas from the awesome teahouse in town), and the owners are flexible and responsive, and generous. Since we couldn't park our van in the garage (due to a high roof), the housekeepers came over on our departure day, helped us load all of our luggage into their truck in the garage, and drove it all up the hill to our waiting van. How generous is that!?! Highly recommended!

#### Snow Holidays

Hello, We spent a week in this apartment. Except the fact that the owner made a mistake in term of amount for the rental and we had to negotiate strongly to divide the amount between him and us (not very commercial spirit), the rental was good. Fews things could be upgraded , for example the access to the parking is too difficult, you can slide and crash your car. They should to add a special paint on the floor... Also the shower at the 2nd floor must be revisited, the water goes away very very slowly. And pity that in the kitchen that there is no glass for wine... Except this it was good time Br Sebastien

#### Absolutely stunning

My family and I have stayed at numerous home away homes but none of them come even close to comparison as this one. The house was absolutely beautiful, clean and welcoming. The view was breathtaking. The owner and the housekeepers we're very nice and welcoming. We will definitely try to come back here.

#### Great stay in lovely apartment

The Villa was beautiful, with an amazing view in this extraordinary mountain village of steps and views, cute shops and cafes. The furnishings were really lovely, comfortable, and elegant. We were 8, of whom two had mobility issues so the steps to the bedrooms (especially with suitcases) were a challenge to them, but we fit very well. We also had a huge 9 person van, so it could not be parked in their convenient garage. We used this villa as our base to visit Delphi, and it was an excellent choice: close, easy drive to Delphi, a terrific village to visit on its own,with great character.. Highly recommended!!! Our host was very welcoming - and even drove the 3 hours from Athens to make sure we were well ensconced in his house. His Arachova managers helped with luggage and information. The beds have cozy duvets so it would be great in winter too, when the village becomes a skiing center.
