Set in a prominent village location with beautiful views towards the church, the property is just a short stroll from the village pub and local amenities. The ground floor offers a cosy sitting room with sofas, smart TV and electric fireplace, alongside a dining area with piano and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals. There is also a family bathroom with bath and walk-in shower. Upstairs, two inviting bedrooms both feature 4'6" double beds, with the master benefitting from an en-suite, making it a restful and comfortable retreat. Outside, the cottage enjoys a peaceful garden with picnic bench and seating, ideal for morning coffee or an evening drink while taking in the village views. Fressingfield sits on the edge of the Suffolk countryside, offering excellent walking routes, nearby cycling trails and easy access to the Suffolk Heritage Coast.
