"Ice machine didn't work, had issues with the shower. The TV remote was not working they never went in to fix it. Called many times and they never answer their phone. Didn't switch me rooms bc they were booked. Tried to use the microwave in the main lobby and asked the front desk lady she said they had one there. Then I checked out and I was told I couldn't use it because I was no longer a guest. Literally 2 minutes later. I was so aggravated on how rude they became after I checked out."

"The pool was very clean, staff was always helpful the building and rooms clean as well. Nice area stores all around so you will have whatever you need. I would staff there again. "

"One of my room key didn't work and the fan in my room didn't work but everything else was perfect staffed was nice rooms was very clean "

"The room was great. Two large bedrooms and a great common area with a full kitchen. We did use the pool and hot tub and they were very nice. Lots of outside games and kids play area. We will definitely stay again 😀"
