"This is the third time I’ve stayed at this location and the first two were outstanding this time was very poor. The house keeping left my door unlocked and wide open after service. I came back from a day at Disney to find all my belongings exposed and ripe for the taking luckily nothing was but still really disturbing and careless. My wife called the desk to check to make sure no one was inside or it was broken into. They were also nervous to check the room since it seemed so odd. Additionally this location allows pets apparently and one defecated in the hall and it was left there for my two year old son to find which is also disturbing and dangerous as well. I will not return to this location."

"Loved it! I only wish the Dolphin still used the Disney busses. It is a pain to have to go to the TTC when going to magic kingdom. However great option for a “deluxe” hotel at moderate rates!"

"Perfect stay at the Walt Disney World Swan Resort. Amazing location—easy walk or boat ride to Epcot and Hollywood Studios. Rooms were clean, comfortable, and quiet, and the beds were great after long park days. The pool area was beautiful and relaxing, and staff was friendly and efficient. Everything was smooth from check-in to check-out. Would absolutely stay here again"

"The hotel was clean. Full breakfast was great. Rooms were spacious and a functional kitchen. Conveniently located near the parks. We took Ubers and prices were close to what you would pay to park at any of the parks. Really good food options close by and a target. The gym had a lot of equipment and laundry facilities were nice."

"We had a lovely experience and the hotel. Breakfast was great and rooms were clean. The only down side was the transportation to Magic Kingdom. Wished they offer more options on times to go to the parks and back. "
