"The room was huge! Very family friendly 3 pools on site with a waterpark. Closer to Disney than universal studios. Lots of great restaurants nearby with the ones on site offering free kids meals with the purchase of an adult meal."

"Very clean & modern. The pull out bed is not the comfiest & there was no trash can in the room we had but what they lacked in these small areas were 1000% made up for by the amenities available. The hot tub, saunas and lazy river were relaxing, fun & enjoyed by the whole family, and the server at the Bistro was on top of everything! Will definitely be staying again."

"We loved the hotel and all the perks even tho we had 2 issues. 1. When we would get back to hotel from the parks our room was never cleaned for all 3 days. 2. No hot water. We had to run the water for a long time so we can have a hot shower. We have stayed in many hotels and have never had issues with the hotel water. However when we called regarding the issue they sent maintenance up to us right away."
