Skiferien

Bin schon zum 2. Mal in dieser Wohnung. Raumaufteilung ist okay. Küche klein. Allerdings war im Vergleich zum letzten Mal viel defekt: Gefrierfachverschluss abgerissen, Lampe über der Spüle ausgerissen... Es hatte nur 3 Kaffeelöffel für 4 Personen. Immerhin hatte es 2 Trockentücher fürs Geschirr. Seit dem letzten Mal ist von Seiten Schlüsselhalter ein deutliche Abbau an Leistungen spürbar. Schade, dass es keine Möglichkeit zur Brotbestellung gibt. G. würde liefern.

Sauberkeit und Kaution

Bin seit 23 Jahren im Utoring und musste das erste mal eine Kaution hinterlegen. Das Geld wurde nach Wohnungsabnahme zurückgegeben. Wenn die Wohnung am Ende abgenommen wird, wäre eine Sichtung vor Ort bei der Übernahme angebracht. Es hatte altes Essen im Schrank, das WC ist so alt, dass es bereits bestehende braune Flecken unten hatte, die nicht gereinigt werden konnten. Ebenso unter dem Esstisch hatte es Essensreste. Die Wäscheausstattung mit einen Tuch fürs Abtrocknen ist zu wenig.

Funktionale, aber dreckige Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist funktional, wenn auch etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Leider wurde die Wohnung aber nicht gereinigt. Böden waren äusserst staubig und das Bad am schlimmsten (dreckiges WC, überall lagen Haare herum). Offenbar hätte man als Mieter Anrecht auf eine Gästekarte, die beispielsweise die kostenfreie Nutzung der Bergbahnen ermöglicht. Darauf wurde man aber nirgends hingewiesen. Rezeption ist nur äusserst sporadisch besetzt und spricht nur Englisch.

Leider fehlt ein direkter Zugang ins Skigebiet, respektive ein Ausgang auf der untersten Ebene. Dies wäre ein grosser Mehrwert für die Immobilie.

Zentral, jedoch schlechte Reinigung und alt

Liegenschaft befindet sich in der Nähe zum Lift und direkt an der Ski Talabfahrt, was sehr praktisch ist. Wir haben unsere Wohnung staubig vorgefunden, unter dem Esstisch und in Ecken lagen Staubknäuel. Die Wohnung bietet gut Platz für bis zu 4 Personen.

Appartement op de vierde verdieping, waar je ook een hond mee mag nemen, met het mooiste uitzicht van de wereld: je kan kilometers ver weg kijken, geweldig!

Goeie locatie, prima woning

Acletta is erg mooi, uitzicht op gletsjer. Wij wandelen graag met onze hond en dat kan daar prima! Woning is uitermate geschikt om met hond vakantie te houden.
