"The pool is unavailable so they offered us an alternative, which was helpful. The staff was friendly and told us how we could get in contact with any help you would need as they did not have the staff to clean every night."

"The hotel is convenient but the room we were given was run down, lights unplugged with bent power cord prongs, a cut out square of patched carpet. The sink at times wouldn’t drain. If I hadn’t paid such a low price on the room or if we were staying more than one night I would have been more upset."

"We were very pleasantly surprised at the Ayres Hotel. The price is very reasonable and the hotel was really quite nice - especially for the price! The rooms were comfortable, clean and modern as was the rest of the hotel. The lobby and breakfast room were well appointed. And we were surprised to see that a cook was freshly making the scrambled eggs and pancakes for breakfast rather than just microwaving pre-cooked stuff. I would definitely stay at another Ayres hotel and wish they were on the east coast too!"
