Slechte communicatie

Onze douchekop was kapot, bij aankomst gemeld. De dame achter de receptie maakt een notitie en zegt dat het of ‘s avonds of de volgende dag gemaakt zou worden. Helaas is de douchekop nooit vervangen. We verbleven 2 nachten in een gerenoveerde kamer (behalve de douche). Na uitchecken heb ik nogmaals verteld dat de douchekop niet vervangen is. De dame achter de receptie reageert erg laconiek en kan niets voor ons betekenen. Weinig begrip dat wij 2 dagen niet volledig hebben kunnen douchen. Niets geen compensatie!. Tijdens verblijf werkte ook de lift niet, de thee/koffie tafel op de eerste verdieping heeft 2 dagen met een vies kleed gelegen. Kort om, voor ons nooit meer.

+ modernes Zimmer, welches sehr sauber ist + tolle Lage und gute Parkplatzmöglichkeiten + großes Bad, welches viel Platz bietet - Matratzen rutschen auseinander (hier unbedingt mit einem Noppenschoner oä arbeiten) - Ablage in der Dusche für eigenes Waschzeug fehlt - Föhn ist für eine Frau mit langen Haaren nicht wirklich geeignet - kaputter Aufzug ist mit Koffern immer etwas schwierig (dringend reparieren lassen) - Bewegungsmelder im Treppenaufgang geht zu spät an (so läuft man teilweise im Dunklen nach oben) Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt sehr schön, aber es gibt eben kleine Verbesserungsvorschläge für einen perfekten Aufenthalt. Wir kommen trotzdem sehr gerne wieder!
