A complex of four detached houses, of high architecture and aesthetics, which give the guests the feeling of luxurious and comfortable accommodation.  
Each villa has its own swimming pool - approximately 28 sq.m. with a depth of about 1.50 m. - and is surrounded by an exclusive garden, approximately 800 sq.m., has three pergolas for shade and has individual covered parking.  
All villas have views of the sea and Olympus, access to the sea from a private road, at a distance of about 150 m.  
  
The space  
Villa B2 spans 150 sq.m. across four well-designed floors, offering comfortable accommodation for up to 10 guests.  
√ The villa features four spacious bedrooms, ensuring relaxation while taking full advantage of its stunning views.  
  
On the first floor, the bedroom includes a double bed and an armchair that converts into a single bed. The two balconies provide breathtaking views—one overlooking the sea and the other offering a majestic view of Mount Olympus, creating a serene atmosphere.  
  
The second floor features a bedroom with twin beds joined together and a dedicated office space with uninterrupted views of Mount Olympus, ideal for work or quiet moments.  
  
The semi-basement, filled with natural light, consists of two bedrooms and a bathroom. One bedroom has two single beds, while the other features twin beds joined together and a sofa that converts into a bed, ensuring comfort in a bright setting.  
  
√ The ground floor includes a fully equipped kitchen, a W.C., and a cozy living room with two large sofas (2 m long and 0.90 m deep) that double as sleeping spaces with built-in storage. The dining table seats five and can extend to seven, ideal for gatherings.
