This beautiful villa is located next to the mellow seaside village of Neoi Poroi in Pierias, Northern Greece. Situated right by the gentle and soothing Aegean this discreet property opens right on to the beach. #### Wir haben mehr erwartet…

Die Bilder und das Video auf YouTube waren mehr als überzeugend. Vor Ort sah das Haus allerdings ziemlich abgewohnt aus. Der Preis sollte dringend angepasst werden. Für weniger Geld ist das Haus mit der direkten Lage am Strand sicher eine super Variante. Auch, dass das Grundstück abgezäunt ist, kam uns mit zwei Kindern sehr gelegen. Es gab aber doch einige Mängel: Nur eine von 3 Klimaanlagen funktionierte (wir mussten permanent heizen, weil das Haus so kalt war!), die Bäder sind sehr unzureichend! Die Heizung rostig, in dem einen Bad im OG lief ständig Wasser aus dem Abfluss in der Mitte des Raumes, sodass man immer nasse Füße bzw. einen nassen Badteppich hatte! Unschön! Die anderen Räume waren ganz schön eingerichtet. Im Wohnbereich allerdings zu wenig Sitzmöglichkeiten. Hier ging man wohl davon aus, dass man ganzjährig draußen sitzen und essen kann. Wir waren im Oktober dort und hatten etwas Pech mit dem Wetter (16-19 Grad), sodass wir den Pool und die Liegen nicht nutzen konnten.
