Upon arrival, the staff were not particularly friendly or helpful, and we were not greeted or made to feel welcome at reception. While the property is very clean, it feels quite dated and in need of an upgrade. The furniture and curtains, in particular, give the impression that little has been updated since the 1980s.

The staff preformed above our expectations and were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
The restaurant was one of the highlights of our stay in Johannesburg.

"Really beautiful experience. We stayed in the suites. Your own pool braai and fire pit. Spacious rooms, beautiful bathrooms. Lovely kitchen. You can do self catering , or there is a lovely restaurant."
