It would have been good if in the Advert it explained that there is a large deposit that has to be paid upfront, more than the cost of 1 night.
The apartment I stayed in was dated. The door trims were coming off, the wardrobe doors were off the runners (sliderobes) and the TV didn't produce any sound. It could use an update.

The AC didn’t work the entire time we were there despite calling about it. The walk to our room was like a maze and with luggage, it was quite a haul.
