Accuracy of on-line listing is a little misleading - it was better than we could have imagined or understand from the description. We stayed three nights of our ten day vacation but could have easily stayed all ten in this spot. All the little details were taken care of such as towels and even a loaf of fresh baked Irish bread and butter awaited us! My large family was in town for a reunion, and everyone was scattered around. I think that I had the favored accommodation.The house is in a lovely location with a harbour view, on a quiet lane. There is plenty of parking in the driveway. The home is 3 levels, with 2 bedrooms on the ground floor; living space, kitchen, bathroom and garden space on the 1st floor, with table and chairs to sit outside in the sunshine; and the 3rd bedroom on the top floor. All bedrooms are ensuite, with the 4th hall bathroom on the midfloor. The home is well equipped with anything you'd need for cooking. There is a washer and dryer if you require that. Douglas was a fantastic host, and was in touch with me as my questions came up. I'm looking forward to staying at The Boatyard House next year, and for years to come.
