This elegant and bright apartment, located on the 4th floor of a residence without a lift in the centre of Dinard, is made for you. With its unobstructed views of the island of Cézembre, its careful decoration and modern facilities, it offers an ideal setting for a stay with family or friends. From the entrance, you will be seduced by the functional layout of the accommodation: a corridor harmoniously serves the different rooms. On the left, discover a beautiful convivial living space with an open American kitchen with an unobstructed view of the sea, fully equipped to allow you to cook good little dishes: induction hobs, refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, freezer, grain Espresso coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and all the crockery and utensils you may need. The kitchen leads directly to the living room and dining room, a warm and tastefully decorated space, conducive to relaxation. On the night side, the apartment has two comfortable bedrooms: a first with a double bed (140x200) and a magnificent view of the ocean and the island of Cézembre, and a second bedroom equipped with a double bed (140x200) and a single bed (90x190), ideal for welcoming children or friends. A beautiful bathroom with a shower, WC and hair dryer completes the accommodation. For added convenience, the apartment also has a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. Although there is no dedicated parking space for the accommodation, you can find free parking spaces around the church.
