Located in the town centre, it comprises an attractive 30 m² living room, a bright and functional fully-equipped kitchen, a 15 m² terrace and four bedrooms on two floors, each with its own shower room.

You'll be staying in the heart of history: a former iconic café called "Rock Fish" transformed into a charming home.

The accommodation is distributed as follows:

- An entrance hall with three large functional cupboards
- A storeroom that can be used as a pantry, bike room or even as a return from the beach, as it has a water point

- A lounge/dining area leading to a bright kitchen with a large bay window providing direct access to the west-facing terrace with a Fermob garden table seating 8. A parasol and four deckchairs are available for use in fine weather, as well as a Weber charcoal barbecue.
- A laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer.

- On the landing of this first level, a light-filled workspace.
- A first bedroom with double bed (160x200), blackout curtains and en-suite bathroom with shower and bath.

The house is ideally located in Dinard. You can enjoy a privileged location to take advantage of the pretty seaside resort and all without needing to use your vehicle.
Dinard market and l'Écluse beach are less than 500 metres away on foot.

All the essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are nearby.

Transport:
To ensure you have a peaceful stay, the Rock Fish does not have private parking spaces.

If you are arriving with several vehicles, the town of Dinard offers parking passes. The nearest underground car park is the Maréchal Leclerc car park (a 100-metre walk).

End-of-stay cleaning does not include routine tasks such as cleaning and putting away dishes or taking out the rubbish. A supplement will be charged if Cocoonr has to do this for you.
