The Cocoonr agency offers for rent, in Dinard, this charming flat 200 metres from the beach, with wifi, with a surface area of 47 m² and can accommodate up to 4 travellers. Located on the 2ᵉ floor (no lift), it consists of a lovely 26 m² living room, fitted kitchen, two nice bedrooms, bathroom (with shower).   
  
The accommodation comprises  
\- A 26 m² living room with TV  
\- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.  
\- Bedroom1: 1 king-size bed (180×200)   
\- Bedroom 2: 1 queen-size bed (160×200)  
\- One bathroom with shower  
\- A separate WC  
  
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to include the following additional equipment: washing machine, tumble dryer (shared laundry room on the ground floor), ironing board and iron.

The flat is ideally located in Dinard, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.  
  
Transport:  
If you choose to come by car, the accommodation does not have private parking. The Maréchal Leclerc underground car park (200 metres away) offers parking packages.
