Cocoonr offers this charming sea-view flat for rent in Dinard, with direct access to the beach. The 27 m² flat can accommodate up to 4 travellers. Located on the 10ᵉ floor of a quiet, secure residence (with lift), it comprises a lovely 15 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, a separate bedroom, a shower room and a balcony terrace to enjoy a beautiful view of the Ecluse beach.  
  
The accommodation comprises  
\- A 15 m² living room, lounge, dining room with sofa bed  
\- A fully-equipped kitchen, including electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, two-burner induction hob, Nespresso coffee machine, etc.  
\- A sleeping area separated by a glass roof with 1 double bed (140×190). Note that there is no circulation space on either side of the bed.  
\- A bathroom with shower  
\- A separate WC  
  
Outside:  
\- A balcony/terrace to enjoy the fine weather and the magnificent view over the Ecluse beach and Saint-Malo.  
  
The flat is ideally located in Dinard, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets in Dinard...

If you choose to come by car, free parking is available nearby.
