This charming and comfortable accommodation is perfect for a tourist or professional stay.  
It is 49 square meters, has three bedrooms with plenty of storage space and can accommodate up to 5 people.  
You will love its quiet location, close to all amenities.

Warm and well appointed, the apartment includes:  
\- three bedrooms, one on the mezzanine with 1 double bed and two bedrooms with 1 double bed each;

\- a fully equipped kitchen ;  
\- and a living room to relax after a day of walking.

One of the assets of the accommodation is its location very close to the city of Saint-Malo (21 minutes away) and to the hypercenter where you will find everything you need (restaurants and shops).
