Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offers you this charming 28 m² apartment in Dinard which can accommodate up to 2 travelers. Located on the 2nd floor (with elevator), it comprises a lovely 23 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen and a shower room. We're waiting for you !

The apartment comprises
- A 23 m² living room with TV, a dining area and a queen-size bed (160×200) that folds out onto a 3-seater sofa.
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bathroom with shower and WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment : washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.

Exterior :
- A south-east-facing terrace of approx. 3m² with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.

The apartment is ideally located in Dinard, in a very pleasant environment. You'll benefit from close proximity to all the essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the residence's private basement parking lot.

As for other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful :
- Nearest train station : Gare de Saint Malo (12 km)
- Nearest airport : Pleurtuit-Dinard airport (7 km)

Bella Cruz "🙂 Das Appartement ist modern und ansprechend eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. 🙁 Die Dekoration ist geschmackvoll, für uns etwas zu viel, dadurch zu wenig Platz um etwas abzustellen. Kein WLAN."

Bella Cruz "Très bon séjour dans ce studio moderne. parking souterrain privé très appréciable. Petit bémol sur le descriptif ou il est écrit four micro onde, ensuite four. C'est juste un micro onde/grill, ne prévoyez pas de repas à faire au four. 1,2 km du centre ville à pieds, c'est largement faisable pour qui aime marcher."

Bella Cruz "Superbe séjour dans un appartenant tout confort. 🙂 Très beau studio, emplacement dans un quartier calme à 15 min à pied des plages et du centre ville. Bon couchage, parfait pour 2 personnes. Parking sous l'immeuble avec accès par ascenseur dans le studio. Conciergerie au top pour la remise des clés et informations pour le séjour. Merci Christophe."
