Welcome to this lovely 20 m² apartment located in Dinard, perfect for a romantic getaway or a comfortable stay for two. This modern and well-equipped accommodation offers everything necessary for a pleasant stay. You will appreciate the balcony to enjoy your meals outdoors or simply relax, and the plancha is ideal for preparing delicious grilled dishes during sunny evenings.   
  
The apartment has an optimised living space for your comfort. You will find a television and two armchairs for your moments of relaxation. The American kitchen, with its pretty blue tones, is fully equipped with induction hobs, a refrigerator, an oven, a freezer and a dishwasher. For your coffee or tea breaks, the kitchen also includes a Nespresso coffee machine, a toaster and a kettle. A bar table sits in the centre so that you can share good little dishes.   
  
The carefully decorated mezzanine will offer you a soothing cocoon for a good night's sleep.   
  
Its privileged location, near the Rance dam, will allow you to easily discover Dinard and its surroundings. Take advantage of this ideal situation to explore the charms of the region and experience an unforgettable moment.
