Early Check-in Close and No Contact
Check-in closed at 9pm. We were planning to arrive after 9pm but there was no way to contact the hotel to let them know as their phone number leads to a dead line after you choose the English option. We arrived at the hotel and the front reception and door were closed. We spent the night in the car as we had no other option.

Thank you for your comment. Please note that after several attempts by my colleague (calls + message on expedia) to which you did not respond, it was not possible to check in after 9pm. This is something we do at the request of the customer. So you can't blame us for trying to reach you to get an answer about your arrival time. And you can't blame us for arriving at a closed door either. The reception is open from 14:00 to 21:00 stipulated on expedia, booking, hotel website ....

It is an activity hotel not in the centre. It was easy to drive or walk there so it was not a problem. The room was heated and the bathroom was good and the bed very comfortable. the staff were very friendly and spoke English. Restuirents were very close and the breakfast was adequate

Overall ok hostel like hotel
Nice and clean room. Felt a bit like a hostel more than a hotel. Quiet location outside high season, but great location for outdoor activities, such as canoeing on the Lesse

Reasonable accommodation in Dinant
It was a convenient overnight stay in Belgium while driving back to Dunkirk. The hotel is associated with a business operating kayaking trips on the nearby river Meuse (hence the hotel name). The room was clean and well equipped.

The people by the reception were friendly. The room had a nice balcony. But the beds are only 80 cm which is to small for adults, the light from the hall came under the door (which made an noice opening and closing) and lightened up de room. There was nothing to hang up your towels. We made the appointment that we would get help to carry our suitcases from the stairs as my husband is 86 and I don't have much strength. They would come 10.00 next morning. (You have to leave the room at 10.00. Usually 11.00) We had to put the keys in a box befor breakfast. When we went to the reception after breakfast the hotel was closed and when you try to phone them they said you have to book at the website.so we stood there in the rain. Our suitcases in the room, no key and nobody there. We went to the neighbour who sells tickets for the kano trips. She called them and there came 2 ladies who helped us.

Dear Mrs Maria Helena Leonarda,Thank you for your feedback.The checkout in our establishment is always at 10a.m. Our houseeking room has 6 hours to clean all the room. But our college proposed you to leave the room after 10am. Regarding the beds, the size is the same for all the rooms (80*190cm). Sorry for the disagreement you had for the suitcases. As the reception is open from 2pm to 1pm, our team from the Kano or the housekeeping team is always there to help our customers.Have a nice day,FaithfullyAquatel* Team

Le personnel n'est pas très accueillant ni même très sympathique nous avons dû attendre 15 minutes dehors avant qu'on ne vienne nous ouvrir la porte. Il y a bien un numéro de téléphone à appeler si la porte fermée néanmoins on tombe à chaque fois sur une messagerie. Il me semble qu'un hôtel sert à héberger des personnes donc je trouve ça anormal de les faire attendre dehors dans le froid nous avons bien compris que cet hôtel était plus axé sur le tourisme alors je suggère de le fermer en hiver quand il n'y a personne.

Sehr zu empfehlen.
Wir waren da mit 3 Erwachsenen und 2 kleinen Kindern und waren sehr zufrieden. Das Zimmern war sehr sauber und toll aufgeteilt. Oben waren 3 Betten und unten 2. Die Leiter war sehr steil, also nichts für Menschen mit Bewegungseinschränkung. Wir würde es immer wieder buchen. Zudem kommt, das es das erste Hotel mit wirklich guten Klopapier war 😅.

Tres beau séjour ,le + café ,thé sont à notre disposition dans la chambre, le moins cela serait agréable d avoir une bouilloire dans la chambre,car il faut allez dans le couloir pour faire chauffer notre eau ou Senseo,et un frigo est Mis a disposition mais pour tout le monde ...sinon le balcon avec la chambre au top 🙏👏👍😊

Tout d'abord en arrivant devant j'ai pensé que le GPS c'était trompé 🤔 , ressemble beaucoup plus à une auberge pour colonies ou rassemblement de scouts , mais pas du tout à un hôtel comme cela est mentionné dans le descriptif....🤔😤 Cohabitation avec araignées et bien entendu leurs toiles...😱 Moquette au sol , extrêmement sale , un accueil expéditif sans même demander le ""pass-sanitaire/QR-code"" et limite de l'amabilité ,télévision dans chambre ou il à été impossible de baisser le son (donc pas regarder par respect pour les voisins de chambres) , parking boueux et hors de ce qui est appelé "hôtel"etc....😡😡 Nous n'avons pas prit de petit-déjeuner car celui-ci est jusqu'à 10H00 alors que la chambre doit être libérée à la même heure , qui plus est au tarif de 10,50€/personne (cela fait cher et mauvaise organisation pour les horaires) Un ou des groupes de jeunes qui ont (je pense) réservés pour faire la fête jusqu'à 5h30 😡 Bref , expérience extrêmement décevante , quant aux explications sur Hotels.com , cela devrait être précisé Auberge de jeunesse et NON Hôtel

Madame, Vous nous voyez désolé que votre séjour ne ce soit pas bien passé. Concernant les jeunes qui ont fait du bruit, il faut savoir que les clients ne nous préviennent pas quand il font faire du bruit et il y a dans la farde noir qui ce trouvais dans votre chambre le numéro de téléphone de la responsable ainsi que des concierge, vous auriez pu les appeler pour qu'il viennent arranger le soucis. Pour les petits-déjeuners, il ne vous est pas possible de dire que 10,50€ est cher puisque vous n'êtes pas venu petit-déjeuner, vous ne savez donc pas tout ce que comprend ce petit-déjeuner. Pour le reste de vos remarque nous mettons tout en œuvre pour y remédiez. Cordialement, Hôtel Aquatel

Sehr schlecht. Sehr unsauber. Toilette stinkt, ganzes Zimmer stinkt. Ausstattung schlecht, überall Ritzen, wo Kriechtiere hineingehen. Teppiche sehr schmutzig. Hunde sind erlaubt (bei dieser Reinigung - wäh). Nie wieder. Dieses Hotel ist eine Zumutung. Zum Glück nur 1 Nacht dort.

Hôtel simple mais chambres correctes
Hôtel avec une façade assez austère mais les chambres ont été rénovées. Vu les circonstances actuelles, il manque un peu de place et d'equipement dans les chambres pour manger ne fut-ce que le petit-déjeuner. Petit-déjeuner correct pour le prix. Par contre, le personnel n'est pas très serviable et sympathique. Petit frigo, bouilloire et micro-ondes à disposition dans le couloir.

Accueil très bon, rapide, hôtel bien situé, chambre familiale grande, lits confortable, le petit bémol escalier très dangereux pour les petits et barricade pas fermée, mais pour le reste tout ce qu'il faut, petit déjeuner ne vaut pas le prix mais je pense que c'est dû à la situation actuelle

De receptioniste was vriendelijk, de kamer proper en het ontbijt lekker. Dat waren de enige pluspunten in dit amper 2 sterren waardig hotel. We werden gehokt in een kleine duplex kamer met 5 bedden niettegenstaande we een 2-persoonskamer hadden gevraagd. Eventjes op je computer mail checken moest je doen zittend op bed. Ik ben een positief ingesteld persoon maar als het huishoud personeel s'morgens niet eens goeiedag zegt en dan ook de kamer niet kuist (vuilnismandjes vol, spiegel wastafel niet gekuist) dan overwardeer ik het hotel met die 2 sterren. In het hotel staat zelfs geen automaat om een frisdrank te kopen. Met de prijs die ik heb betaald + ontbijt nog eens apart te betalen had ik een 4-sterren hotel kunnen boeken rekening houdende dat mijn verblijf niet in het hoogseizoen was. Veruit de slechtste ervaring die ik ooit heb gehad in een hotel.
