Perfect!

The property was amazing! We stayed with another family, 4 adults and 4 kids. Plenty of space for everyone to stretch out and not feel like we were on top of each other. Location was awesome, walking distance to the grocery store and centrally located to everything the area has to offer. We would highly recommend this listing!

Friend Reunion Trip

Four of us who hadn’t seen each other in a while booked a hunting trip with a friend who is a guide in Dillon. This home was as advertised and had all of the amenities anyone would need. Home was super clean and nice and convenient to everything in Dillon. Thanks so much Kathie for being such a great host! Definitely plan to go back!

Perfect location and very clean

The day we arrived at the house there was a power issue from the power company. We contacted Kathie and she immediately sprang into action and got us in another excellent home. While we didn't get to stay here, we had time to see the house. The home is very well stocked and I cant say enough how clean it was. There is plenty of space for everyone, and again, very clean. If you want to be close to the town of Dillon, you cant beet the location. Minutes to great restaurants, groceries, and fishing. When I am in the area again, I will definitely be looking for a property with this host.
