Lake Cliffe E-305 is the ideal family getaway, perfectly outfitted for time together and time alone. At 1017 square feet, this spacious condo offers a wood burning fireplace (wood and supplies not provided) with cozy spots to read or relax. Enjoy the indoor and year-round pool and hot tub or just sit out on the deck overlooking Lake Dillon. North America's highest deep water marina. Condo is a free shuttle ride to the A-Basin, Breckenridge, Copper Mountain and Keystone slopes. What's more, we're just 11.8 miles to Arapahoe Basin, the first slope to open in the fall and very last North American mountain to close each year – in June!

We really liked our stay at this apartment. The beds were very comfortable and the apartment was close to a number of the local attractions. Didn't get a chance to use the amenities unfortunately, but would definitely stay here again.
Property location was excellent and property was exactly as described. Close to restaurants, ski resorts, amphitheater and other activities. Great place to stay!

Property was lovely, exactly what we needed for a getaway to the mountains. Linens/towels fully stocked, soaps and shampoo available, plenty of cookware and dishes on hand. The location was perfect, and there is a wonderful view of the lake from the balcony. We recommend this stay!

Location location location
Went out to see show at Dillon Amphitheater and location of Condo was so convenient, a simple walk across the street. Beautiful view of the lake, people watching from our deck, walking to any and all Dillon restaurants, outstanding trip!!!! Condo was well equipped and comfortable, painless experience checking in and locating unit. Absolutely coming back for snowboarding trip!!!!

Great location/views
We loved the location of this condo, with its wonderful view of Lake Dillon. Spent a lot of time on the patio!
Even though nighttime temperatures were in the 40’s and we had windows open, we needed the portable fans available, otherwise too warm to sleep!
Be prepared to climb 3 floors of stairs.
Very comfortable!
The lock was tricky and required a maintenance man to show us how it worked. Not intuitive.
We would definitely come back!

Nice but not Perfect
Walked in to a dirty island and bathroom toilet. Someone came immediately to clean while we went to the grocery store but gave us doubts in our mind how clean the condo really was. The sheets are white but dirty looking. We spent the first night washing all the bedding. View is spectacular, close easy walk to Lake Dillon with convenient access to Keystone, Breck, Beaver Creek, and Vail.
The condo is located very near to and with a beautiful view of Lake Dillon from the balcony. The condo is a bit dated but in pretty good shape. It was warm in the condo due to a warm week and no air conditioning; opening the windows at night with fans going to cool it to a reasonable temperature. Kudos to the managers as they provided a few more fans upon request. Kitchen was fine. Laundry in the master bathroom functioned well. Main area of the condo was pleasant. A real perk is how close the Dillon Amphitheater is too the condo; easy listening from the balcony if you wish or easy walk to attend in person. Many good restaurants in Dillon and surrounding towns.
The location was centrally-located to I70, grocery store, etc. The property was adequate, but nothing fancy. My only true complaint is cleanliness. There was trash & popcorn seeds on the carpet when we arrived. When I opened the blinds, there were bugs & spider webs. Radiators and vents full of bugs. The property is in more disrepair than the pictures lead you to believe. Lots of unfinished work (cords coming out of the walls, vents falling off the walls, pocket doors off the tracks). This property needs a handful of repairs and a deep clean. Needs more hooks for towels, jackets, etc. Also, the swimming area was run down and dirty. Again -- it did the job, but I would call it "adequate," not "exceptional."

We had a really nice 4 nights here with our family of 4. The roomy balcony with the fantastic lake view was a highlight. Beds were comfortable and everything was clean. Will stay here again!
