At the foot of shops, restaurants, pubs, casino, cinema, wine bar, bakeries ... departure of excursions and 300 m from the train station. Tram 40 m away and bus stop opposite. Public parking available free or paid depending on the length of stay. the map is up to date and precise for viewing and locating its location, the instruction indicated by the site is not what should be. Darcy garden with children's games opposite and lively in summer. Pets are accepted at a cost of € 15 per day and the vacuum cleaner is available no hair must be present in the apartment and in the common areas. They must be kept on a leash and not gamboled up the stairs and in silence. For stays of several days we maintain the apartment. Host was friendly and helpful about the property and area. The apartment was very clean and well equipped. The beds were all very comfortable. There were five adults and two children in our party and we were all comfortable. We spent our time out and about … and were very comfortable (showers, beds, etc.) when we returned for the night. The location was perfect … by the park at the base of the main promenade. Easy walking to shops, restaurants, the big market and museum. Nach 40 min Diskutieren konnte die Wohnung bezogen werden. Obwohl für 12 gebucht worden war. Waren nur 9 Betten bezogen. Die Verhaltensregeln wurden 20 min vor Ankunft via Mail gesendet. Nur 3 Leute pro mal im Treppenhaus usw. Wohnung war sauber. Am Schluss alles gut. Kommunikation nicht ganz einfach, kompliziertes Französisch.
