Beautiful designer holiday apartment with a sunny garden, newly built in Dießen on Lake Ammersee, 60 m2 spread over two floors, 1 bedroom and bathroom on the upper floor, 1 living room, separate kitchen, private garden with a terrace and lounge chairs—just 1 km from the lake. Fresh bed linens and towels are provided. Mid-stay cleaning can be booked upon request. For bookings lasting more than one week, this service is provided and paid for on-site.
Since the staircase in the house is an open, designer staircase, the apartment is not suitable for small children or people with limited mobility.
There is a very nice beer garden nearby, several restaurants within walking distance, and bike and hiking trails starting right from the house. The lake is only 1 km away.
With an area of approximately 47 square kilometres, the Ammersee is Bavaria’s third-largest lake—after Lake Chiemsee and Lake Starnberg. It is located about 35 kilometres from Munich and thus serves as a local recreational area for the residents of the state capital. Around the lake, you can pass the time with a variety of regularly scheduled events.
