You enter this exclusive penthouse via your own entrance and immediately step into a loft that will amaze you. Modernity and extravagance in a historic estate that you will rarely find. The listed property is the founding farm of Riederau am Ammersee and impresses when you stand in front of it. Our wonderful house was recently described as the best holiday home on Lake Ammer in "The best in the region". So look forward to a very special break in a dreamlike setting! This almost 100 square meter penthouse is special in every respect. Completely open, with privacy screens to protect privacy in this huge room, it is suitable for the guest who wants to use the exclusive domicile alone or in pairs, but also for up to four people who appreciate the view through the full to let the glazed gable facade wander, or to enjoy a wonderful glass of wine by the fireplace. We had a lovely vacation here with two adults and two teenagers. The property is a short walk to the public beach of lake Ammersee in the small picturesque town of Riederau. We had a car and were able to make a variety of outings in the area, some of which were suggested in the guest book at the property.
