Welcome to SEEside13. This high-end holiday home is located in the lowest row of houses in the Diemelsee holiday village and offers stunning, unobstructed views of the lake. Look forward to a relaxing getaway with family or friends, modern amenities, and a private sauna. Here, you can combine relaxation, nature, and a variety of recreational activities in the Sauerland region.

**Living & Well-Being**
The bright living and dining area forms the heart of the home. Large windows with soundproof glazing create a pleasant atmosphere and offer a view of Lake Diemel. The open kitchen is equipped with high-quality appliances and has everything you need for cooking together in the evenings. The dining table seats up to six people.

Smart.TV, Wi-Fi, books, games, and a Bluetooth radio provide entertainment. From the living area, you have direct access to the patio, which is furnished with patio furniture and a sun umbrella.

**Sleeping**
Three bedrooms can accommodate up to six people. On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200 cm). This floor also features a bathroom with a shower, making it well-suited for seniors or guests with limited mobility.

Upstairs, you’ll find two more bedrooms with high-quality box-spring beds (each 180 x 200 cm), floor-to-ceiling windows, and Smart.TV. From one of the bedrooms, you can access the rooftop terrace with a view of Lake Diemel. Blackout pleated blinds in all bedrooms ensure restful nights.

**Wellness Bathroom with Sauna**
After an eventful day, the private sauna invites you to relax. The upstairs bathroom also features a bathtub and a spacious wellness shower. Another bathroom with a shower is located on the ground floor.

**Family-Friendly**
SEEside13 is ideal for families. A travel cot, a high chair, and stair gates are already provided. Thanks to the barrier-free access, you can easily reach the house. You can even walk to the lake with a stroller without having to climb any stairs.

**Bedding and Towels Included**
This ComfortPlus accommodation offers you a special all-inclusive service. Upon arrival, the beds are freshly made and towels are provided, ensuring a relaxing start to your holiday.

**Services & Extras**
Two parking spaces are available right next to the holiday home. You can safely store bicycles and sports equipment in the lockable bike shed. Lockable parking spaces with outlets for charging are available there for e-bikes.

Amenities also include underfloor heating, a heat pump, a washing machine, a clothes rack, an iron, an ironing board, insect screens, Wi-Fi, and streaming services via the Smart TVs. This allergy-friendly, smoke-free home offers the perfect conditions for a relaxing stay.

**Location & Surroundings**
SEEside13 is located in the holiday village of Diemelsee in Heringhausen, just about 300 metres from the lake. The beach, boat rentals, indoor pool, Visionarium, dam, as well as restaurants and the tourist.Information Centre are all within easy walking distance.

Hiking and biking trails through the Diemelsee Nature Park begin right outside your front door. The Diemelsteig trail is also in the immediate vicinity. Willingen, with its Skywalk, Mühlenkopfschanze ski jump, Ettelsberg, bike park, and numerous recreational activities, is just about 20 minutes away.
