It is a fancy house made of natural stone on a flat ground. It has an entrance of its own, a terrace with plants which is equipped with dining table, umbrella, and two recliners exposed to the sun. The bedroom has a double bed. The other two single beds are in the living room, which has a satellite TV set, Internet wi-fi. The kitchenette has a dining table and all the necessary dishes, coffee machine, a four plate stove with oven, and refrigerator. The bathroom has a bathtub with sprinkler, washbasin, bidet and water closet. (All the rooms have windows). You can also enjoy the romantic peaceful corner in the open air. Well lit parking lot is available. It has a quiet location, far from the street traffic. There is a common barbeque on a green spot, where you can grill using olive wood. We rent pretty small flats, exquisitely furnished, located in the green of olive trees, exposed to the sun; our cottages are situated only three kilometres far away from the seaside, which you can reach by car in seven minutes or by the local bus on smooth roads. Our sorroundings are extremely relaxing, immersed in the sound of silence and harmony; it is a familiar business; on request you can purchase extra-virgin olive oil and other typical homemade product. You can find a variety of pizzerias, renowned restaurants and wine bars, nearby where you can taste fresh fish and typical Mediterranean Ligurian food. Besides summers are highlighted with folk feats in the open with live music. Our great position allows you to reach cultural centres and seaside resort in a very short time such as Cervo, Sanremo, the Grottos of Toirano, Villa Hambury, Montecarlo and the French Còte d'Azur. Last but not least you can stroll in the particular Ligurian landscape characterized by a beautiful hinterland, blending itself with the delicate scent of the flowers and the olive oil groves, offering the travellers very pleasant excursions suitable for hikers as well as mountain bikers.Otherwise you can dip into blue sea, still clear, whose beaches are either sandy or rocky and the seabed is clear as well while smelling its unique saltiness. Samuele hat uns herzlich Willkommen geheißen und war jederzeit für uns ansprechbar. Das Haus mit Terasse und tollem Blick auf das Nachbardorf Diano Castello ist sehr ruhig gelegen. Die Stille inmitten der Natur haben wir genossen. Abends gab es immer ein Froschkonzert. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber. Im Ort (10min zu Fuß) gibt es einen kleinen Laden, wo wir uns morgens frische Brötchen geholt haben. Mit dem Auto sind es 10min nach Diano Marina runter. Von der Landschaft in der Umgebung waren wir sehr begeistert. Ideal mit E-MTB das Hinterland etwas zu erkunden. Dabei hat man immer den Blick aufs Meer. Die Badetemperatur des Meeres war übrigens Ende Mai/Anfang Juni top und noch nicht so überlaufen. Rund um ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Das einzigste Manko waren die vielen Stechmücken (Sandmücken) nachts zu jener Zeit. Auf jeden Fall Autan mitnehmen. ##### Michael B. Die Wohnung war einfach aber bequem ausgestattet, sehr sauber und vor allem sensationell gelegen mit Blick über die Berge, das Tal und das Meer. Die Vermieter waren wirklich freundlich und unkompliziert . Wer ein ligurisches Dorf ohne Tourismus erleben und trotzdem Strand, Bars und Restaurants in erreichbarer Nähe haben will, findet hier den Ort, den er sucht. Die Lage ist noch geeignet, um per Fahrrad zum Meer und nach Diano Marina (ca. 2,5 km) zu gelangen. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und um das Wohl seiner Gäste besorgt. Sehr nette Gastgeber (sprechen fließend deutsch), äußerst hilfsbereit. Sogar nötige Zutaten für's Kochen waren schon da (Öl, Pasta, Kaffee, ...). Küche ist vollständig ausgestattet, inkl. Mikrowelle und Ofen. Ein schönes Detail: Das sehr gute Bett war mit "richtigen" Bettdecken ausgestattet (auf Wunsch gibt's natürlich auch die in Südländern übliche Ausstattung mit Laken+Decke). Internetzugang gut und z.B. ausreichend für eine Zoom-Konferenz ;-) Wer ein größeres Auto hat und nicht die enge Abfahrt zum Privatparkplatz runterfahren will (was aber geht), kann problemlos in 50m Entfernung auf einem öffentlichen Platz parken. Alles war sauber und ordentlich. Über die kleinen Willkommensgeschenke haben wir uns sehr gefreut. Sehr hilfreich waren Samueles Informationen zu Einkaufs- und Ausflugsmöglichkeiten in der Umgebung. Niet heel luxe, maar wat nodig is, is aanwezig. De eigenaar en zijn echtgenote zijn zeer gastvrij en proberen het hun gasten zeer naar de zin te maken (overigens zonder dat het overdreven is). In de zeer directe omgeving van de woning is niet veel te doen. Je hebt echt een auto nodig, ook om bij de zee te komen (daar ben je dan zo). Wir haben uns sehr über die Spaghetti im Schrank gefreut, da wir am ersten Tag keine Lust hatten einzukaufen:D Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es aber auch vor Ort. Draußen findet man zwischen hübscher Bepflanzung mehr als genug Liege- und Entpannungsmöglichkeiten vor. Die Zufahrt zum Haus und die steile Einfahrt erfordern etwas Geschick, sind aber in den ligurischen Serpentinen völlig normal. Und man kann auch auf dem öffentlichen Parkplatz vor dem Haus parken, wenn man nicht die Einfahrt runterfahren möchte. Der Hauswirt ist äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Gleich zu Anfang wurden uns die Gegebenheiten vor Ort erklärt, was natürlich sehr hilfreich ist. Man kann sogar dort Olivenöl kaufen. Das Ein- und Auschecken ist sehr unkompliziert. Wir haben uns insgesamt sehr wohl gefühlt. ##### Leah S. Das Haus entsprach der Beschreibung und liegt genau richtig zwischen Meer und Bergland. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett, hilfsbereit und steht bei allen Rückfragen zur Verfügung.
