Sehr schön, tolle Terrasse

Wir haben die Tage genossen, abends von der Terrasse in Ruhe die Lichter von Diano Marina auf sich wirken lassen, trotzdem in 15 Min am Strand. Die Vermieter sehr angenehm. Würden wir noch einmal buchen 👍

Sehr nette und freundliche Gastgeber Super tolle Terrasse mit Blick aufs Meer und Sitzgelegenheiten und Liegen . Ein Sonnenschirm hätte das Glück perfekt gemacht Der Aussentisch mit 4 Stühlen unter einem Schilfdach und Kiwibaum war optimal um im Schatten zu Essen .

Monolocale confortevole e posizione meravigliosa

Vacanza stupenda . Il monolocale, piccolo ma funzionale, è in una bellissima villa immersa nel verde degli ulivi con una meravigliosa terrazza affacciata sul golfo dianese. Il calore e l'accoglienza della sig.ra Luciana hanno reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più speciale soprattutto per la nostra piccola Valeria... :) un super grazie!!

Unsere Vermieter waren von Anfang bis Ende sehr gastfreundlich und in jeder Hinsicht hilfsbereit. Wir erhielten neben der Willkommensüberraschung zwischendurch sogar noch einheimisches Gemüse. Zur Unterkunft , das Bad war Top alles funktionierte einwandfrei, genau wie die Klimaanlage (sehr leicht bedienbar)die uns bei den sommerlichen Temperaturen nachts gut schlafen ließ. Insektenschutzgitter an den Fenstern waren ebenfalls vorhanden. Auch Bella, der kleine Hund der Eigentümer machte uns Freude. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und würden die Unterkunft auch nochmals Buchen wollen. Zudem war der Fußweg nach Diano Marina und San Bartolomeo al Mare ziemlich gleich entfernt, fanden wir auch sehr gut. Ciao e arrivederci

Vogliamo ringraziare i signori proprietari Luciana e Matteo per la loro gentilezza, cortisia e per i dolci pensieri molto apprezzati. Il locale a disposizione è molto pulito, confortevole, climatizzato e fornito di tutto il necessario per il soggiorno. Il terrazzo immerso negli ulivi ha una bellissima vista sul golfo. La posizione assicura una vacanza in assoluta tranquillitá. Il mare è raggiungibile comodamente a piedi o con le biciclette fornite dai proprietari. L’auto si può posteggiare all’interno del cortile. Vacanza in tranquillita'

Io e mio marito abbiamo soggiornato per 15 giorni in questo grazioso appartamento, piccolo ma neanche troppo essendo un monolocale , ma fornito di tutto il necessario per una vacanza confortevole. Ringrazio la padrona per la gentilezza e la discrezione e per i piccoli doni che ogni tanto ci faceva trovare . Se torneremo in vacanza a Diano Marina sicuramente torneremo ad alloggiare in questo bel appartamento.

Sehr schöner Urlaub

Gut ausgestattete und sehr praktikable Ferienwohnung. Inmitten von Olivenbäumen mit toller Terasse zum faulenzen, essen und es sich gutgehenlassen. Kurze Wege zum Strand und überaus freundliche und liebenswerte Vermieter denen das Wohl der Gäste sehr am Herzen liegt. Wir wurden mit einem Willkommenstrunk und frischen Gemüse und Kräutern aus dem eigenen Garten empfangen. Kann man nur empfehlen, wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder.

Vacanza rilassante

Ho soggiornato con mio figlio nel monolocale attrezzato di tutto punto e corredato da due stupendi e panoramici terrazzoni nella settimana più calda dell'estate 2017, dal 29 Luglio al 5 Agosto e ci siamo trovati molto bene. I proprietari sono cortesi, attenti alle esigenze degli ospiti, mai invadenti. Il luogo è adatto a chi ama stare tranquillo, lontano dal chiasso pur non essendo lontano dai servizi: i due terrazzi con vista sul golfo dianese e sull'uliveto circostante la villa valgono da soli l'esperienza.

Einfach nur toll

Wir waren im September 2016 in der Ferienwohnung. Die Ferienwohnung bietet absolut alles was man braucht. Sie ist zwar nicht riesig aber absolut funktionell ausgestattet. Und der Außenbereich ist einfach wunderschön. Die Aussicht ist fabelhaft! Man erreicht alles sowohl zu Fuß wie auch mit dem Fahrrad in nur wenigen Minuten. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett.

ci siamo trovati benissimo, è un piccolo angolo di paradiso dove non manca nulla. vista stupenda sul golfo, terrazza stupenda, al sole e tra gli ulivi, dove inizia la breve passeggiata x raggiungere il mare. la casa è un monolocale, ma ben disposto e accessoriato. la macchina parcheggiata all'interno del cortile.

SIAMO STATI IN VACANZA IN QUESTA SPLENDIDA LOCALITA' DAL 13 AL 27 AGOSTO 2016. IL MONOLOCALE E' MOLTO PULITO ED ACCESSORIATO DI TUTTO PUNTO , CI SIAMO STATI IN 3 ED ABBIAMO UTILIZZATO PER DORMIRE IL LETTO MATRIMONIALE E , UNA POLTRONA CHE SI TRASFORMA IN LETTO. COME DETTO OTTIMO APPARTAMENTO CON ARIA CONDIZIONATA, INFISSI IN ALLUMINIO (FACILI DA PULIRE E , DANNO LORO STESSI L'IDEA DI PULITO) UN RECENTISSIMO BAGNO , SENZA PROBLEMI DI ACQUA (ANZI SUBITO CALDA E COPIOSA DALLA DOCCIA). ALL'ESTERNO C'E' UN BELLISSIMO TERRAZZO 5X5 METRI MOLTO BEN UTILIZZABILE E DA CUI SI GODE UNA SPLENDIDA VISTA SUL GOLFO DIANESE , ACCESSORIATO CON SDRAIO , SEDIE E TAVOLO. E' UN POSTO TRANQUILLISSIMO SULLA COLLINA A CIRCA 30 METRI SUL LIVELLO DEL MARE (CHE E' A NON PIU' DI 15 MINUTI A PIEDI). LA SIGNORA LUCIANO (PROPRIETARIA) E' UNA GENTILISSIMA PADRONA DI CASA CHE, PUR ESSENDO MOLTO DISCRETA, NON VI FARA' MANCARE LE SUE SQUISITE ATTENZIONI. IL CENTRO DI SAN BARTOLOMEO A MARE E' A 2,5 KM DALL'APPARTAMENTO E, CERVO 500 METRI PIU' IN LA. CHE ALTRO DIRE , NOI CI SIAMO TROVATI BENISSIMO E, SICURAMENTE TORNEREMO!!!!

Consiglio caldamente una vacanza, l'appartamento è in una posizione stupenda con una vista mare meravigliosa. Dista 20 minuti a piedi dal paese se si percorre la strada, tagliando per l'uliveto non più di 10 minuti. La posizione rende la vacanza di tutto relax e i proprietari sono cordialissimi, disponibili e molto discreti. l' appartamento pulito, molto attrezzato e pieno di comfort ( condizionatore, zanzariere , internet wii fi) . Vi consiglio di provare la vacanza e non ve ne pentirete!!!

STRADA PER ARRIVARCI POSIZIONE VERGOGNOSA

Posizione vergognosa 7 km in macchina da san bartolomeo, l'appartamento è stato praticamente ricavato da un garage, per andare a piedi al mare c'è un sentiero tra gli ulivi, che se arrivi di notte rischi la vita, perciò lo dico per tutti come foste miei parenti, non andateci, se non volete passare una vacanza infernale come me!
