This is my second visit, very good all round, but they ran out of clean free water.

The best hotel and resort in Mombasa area! All rounder champion.

The lush greenery around the property is appealing. However, there was confusion over the reservation, which took a while to sort out. Gaining access to the room, we discovered there were no towels. It took us three calls to reception and an hour and a half wait before receiving the towels.

Great stay, wish we had longer

At arrival the check in time was 3 and we were not able to check in till 5. When asking for a late check out do to the flights we booked the front desk said it was not possible. We later came to find out late check out was possible. When finally arriving at the room the front door was blocked by a ladder the door way. When making it into the room the sink was running and over flowing over the bathroom floor. When the issues were brought to the managers attention the only response was sorry. The other staff at the restaurant and bars were amazing and we enjoyed them.
