Kim was incredibly responsive leading up to our rental dates and was also very accommodating to our needs as we were traveling with our young kids. She set out a pack n play and high chair for us which were in perfect condition and there were books and board games the kids loved. Check in was easy and the rental had everything we needed for our stay. We also loved the handwritten notes in the guestbook, such a nice touch. The house was clean, spacious, and very comfortable for the 5 of us. The interior is beautifully updated with the the charm of an old home. We were 5 minutes from Placerville and another 10 minutes from a wedding in Apple Hill. We would stay here again in an instant on our next trip to this region.
