Thanks to being located at the heart of Bashundhara or a very tranquil and diverse part of it, all required conveniences are around the corner. With paid parking and peaceful community. The space Guest(s) will have access to: 1 parking spot on the ground floor.(with payment) 3 fully furnished bedrooms with 2 queen beds and 1 floor mattress.(The master bedroom has a tv attached to the wall). 1 of the three bedrooms can also be used as an office room with a workbench full with amenities such as headphones, pens, pencils, note pad(s), stapler, wifi and books. All bedrooms beside the office room has 1 attached bathroom and balcony to them. 1 glass dining table for upto 6 people with attached living room with 2 high quality sofas. beside the living room is the kitchen with 1 microwave, dual gas stoves, 1 stainless steel sink, 1 ventilator, 1 refrigerator and some starter utensils, pots, pans, water filter. Along with some basic amenities like a sample amount of oil, salt, sugar, etc. \------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ All rooms have pedestal fans, and a stand-by generator is always ready incase of power outs. distance between airport and residential area is approximately 8.2 km or a 20 minute drive with car and on demand pick up and drop is possible with payment from guests. All bedrooms beside office room has split A/C Our building is also secured 24/7 by guards from our welfare society. Guest access Life is very simple in Bashundhara R/A, especially in this region. the entire house is accessible except a few locked cupboards and building roof.
