The larger room with a balcony and kitchen, makes it feel like a small apartment. The service was great and the bed comfortable. A few minor flaws: the shower head got very loose by the end of the stay, but upon request was fixed; laundry shrinks clothes to minor extent. The personnel was very friendly, helpful. The room is very clean, very nice view, a fruit basket at the second day was a nice present to me. The pool on the roof is open all the time what is very comfortable. Besides, there are not so many guests thus felt rather relaxed. Breakfast was sufficient, good for my stomach as well. The location of the hotel is very attractive as located in a quiet area, facing the lake (thus it's not so stuffy). On the whole, the hotel also did his best to make my first trip to Dhaka and BD on the whole as pleasant as possible. I have stayed at the same small hotel on Dhaka for the past 7 years and needed a change. It is a new hotel - the staff were tripping over themselves to assist us. The restaurant is not yet complete but the food is amazing. The Rooms we had were small but they have larger suites if need be. Comfortable bed and pillows. All the amenities - great exercise rooom and an amazing roof top pool. Great for meetings and just chillin 😎. In a good quiet (ish) area - Felt very safe here. We will definitely be back!
