Just one block from the sand and surf in Dewey Beach, this stylish 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo offers the perfect mix of comfort and location. Enjoy bay views from your private balcony, relax in the open living area with gas fireplace and flat-screen TV, and cook up beachside meals in the fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite counters, and a breakfast bar.
The luxurious primary suite features a king-sized bed, double vanity, and a custom tile shower. The second bedroom includes a full-over-full bunk, and the living room offers a sleep sofa—ideal for groups or families. A stackable washer/dryer, ceiling fans, and free Wi-Fi are also included.
Guests enjoy full access to the rooftop plaza with grilling stations, fire pit, water feature, and sweeping sunset views. Indoor saltwater pool, outdoor pool, and a well-equipped gym are available too. With assigned garage parking for two vehicles, you can park and walk everywhere in downtown Dewey Beach—restaurants, shopping, nightlife, and the beach are all just steps away.

Perfect location but skip ReMax

The location is unbeatable, and we’ve stayed at the Hyatt and The Residence condos many times. This was our first ReMax property rental though, and we’ll never do it again if we can avoid it. Extra fees for things like linens, extra to-dos outside of Vrbo like signing a short-term rental agreement and downloading a new app, and extra steps to pick up keys and check in. Minimal amenities and supplies in the unit (outdated tvs, missing cookery). Lack of cleanliness (sand on the floor, mold in the washing machine). Find another host to stay at a similar property.
