The backyard features a propane grill, perfect for warm-weather barbecues, a deck with a picnic table and patio chairs, and plenty of space for the kids to happily play. It looks exactly as pictured, just a basic beach shack that hasn’t been updated in awhile. The AC struggled to keep up during the hot July days, especially in the master. There is very little insulation in the home, if any. We brought a fan and used it a lot. Some of the beds were less than comfy. The fly swatters got used often.
