"I would not advice anyone to stay on this property. The location is unsafe i would suggest you google it before booking. We had a police officer tell us to lock our door and not go out after dark. We ended up booking another house as we did not feel safe. The doorknobs and conditions of the house is also not safe. The house has cockroaches. I would not recommend this place for anyone specially if you have kids. "

"This is a very clean property, well-maintained. The Three sisters restaurant has good food. All the staff I interacted with were polite. The bed was comfortable, and we had a great view. Close to everything. "
"Some minor concerns to staff , but overall I would say 5. Room wasn't ready on time (at 4.00pm), even though we arrived early (3.00). By 4.00pm they give us only 1 room out of 3 booked, it took another hour to give us 2 other rooms. It was mentioned that by default they will clean the room and to opt-out need to explicitly tell them, or put privacy note on door. But cleaning didn't happen as promised had to ask for additional blankets and water.
Liked: room cleanness, microwave. Rainforest cafe is inside hotels building! Easy parking. Nice aquarium decorations on first floor! Convinient location 10 minute walk to rainbow brige, niagara state park. "
"Best hotel in Lewiston. Close to Niagara River, restaurants, shops and 15 min to Artpark. Staff are friendly, property is clean, rooms are a big (slightly dated) but clean. We have stayed here a few times and will
definitely be returning. Absolutely no complaints. "
"If visiting Niagara Falls beware gps will take you through unsafe area of downtown as shortest route from this house. House itself is in good neighborhood. We took a longer route (once we made this mistake) to avoid this again."

"This reservation was made one day before arrival due to a cancellation with our rental made through another service. Contact with our stay was very quick and questions/issues were addressed very quickly, thank you!Inside the house was very nice except for the floor which was sticky. The neighborhood wasn't what we expected, but overall a very nice last minute stay.Thanks."
"My husband and I booked this trip based on the photos of the inside of the house and written description provided by the renters(Which looked lovely). As we pulled up to the house, we witnessed a couple of delinquents stumbling through the neighborhood (at 4:00 pm in the afternoon) and then a loose stray dog running across the street. The surrounding houses are unkept and some boarded up. We felt extremely unsafe so much that it prevented us from staying there. When we contacted the renters with our concerns of safety they did not even offer any dollars back to us.I highly caution you from staying here."
