It's a peaceful place and the owner/manager is very helpful. The rooms are spacious and have everything you need. Munnar is expensive, so it's relatively good value. You can walk down to a beautiful waterfall from the hotel (you need a guide, even if the manager says you don't). It would be better if it was clear what role each staff member had. The rooms were a bit shabby - stained sheets and towels and some mould on the walls, but you might expect this for the price in the area. Views were great from the room we were moved to on the second night. The bed on the first felt like sleeping on the floor it was so hard. It's a good site not far from Munnar if you are happy to tuk-tuk in.
